After 54 years of service Eibsee-Seilbahn cable car had approached its final journey on 2nd April 2017. After huge construction works the new cable car was starting into the new period in December 2017. In due to a bad accident - fortunately no humans involved - the new cable car had been crashed while training for an emergency case. For that reason you only can use the cog wheel train and the glacier cable car to get to the top of Zugspitze.

Snow and ice surrounded by mountains and rock: The Zugspitze provides you a ski area in a superlative manner. In an altitude of about 2600 meters you get 22 kilometers of perfect ski and snowboard conditions. For sure you will enjoy your winter day and have a big smile on your face.

Garmisch-Classic
3 ski mountains: Hausberg, Kreuzeck & Alpspitze

There are three connected ski mountains in the Garmisch-Classic area and Grainau: Hausberg, Kreuzeck and Alpspitze. 40 kilometers of snowy pists in an altitude between 700 upto 2050 meters provide a variety of slopes and unique impressions.

The Garmisch-Classic ski area promises alpine ski fun to suit every style, from leisurely to downright ambitious.
